I believe that each child is blessed with the highest potential which he/she may not be able to realize most of the times. As the name indicates we at "SANMARG" try to take the students in a path which leads them towards realizing their actual capacity and consequently excel in their academics.

Today's education system does not focus on identifying student's mistakes and improving their studying skills. Under the present circumstances every parent expects his child to score ranks and ultimately become nothing less than an Engineer or a Doctor. Consequently the child is put under pressure to come up with the goods every time. The child is not left with any alternative than striving to fulfill the bundle of expectations.

Hence, I would like to focus on creating such an atmosphere where each student gets the right guidance and motivation to help him to gain knowledge, develop self confidence and ultimately reach his destination. I do not believe in the "Take the Rankers, Make the Rankers.." policy. I believe that each child is equally capable and just needs that right atmosphere to realize his potential.

In an educational institute the most important thing according to me is the process of learning. And firmly believe that learning can happen only when the atmosphere is fun, and joy is a natural consequence of learning.

When me & my colleagues decided to begin the journey with 'SANMARG', my main intent & responsibility was to build this light, fun and enjoyable atmosphere at our institution. I believe I've done this successfully till now & will continue to give my 100% towards this intent.
